Directions To: The Patient & Family Resource Center (Room: #1-0701)

Located in the Wilmot Cancer Center at Strong Memorial Hospital;

  1. From the parking garage or bus loop, proceed to the Patient Information Desk located in the Main Lobby on the first floor of the hospital.
  2. Ask for walking directions to the Wilmot Cancer Center. They will point you toward a corridor of large windows that connects the Main Lobby to the Wilmot Cancer Center.
  3. As you enter into the connecting corridor, the first room on your left will be the Patient & Family Resource Center [#1-0701*].* The room resembles a comfortable library. If you reach the lobby of the cancer center, then you just passed it.

Directions To: The Rochester Victory Alliance Clinic (Room 3-5242)

  1. From the parking garage or bus loop, proceed to the Patient Information Desk located in the Main Lobby on the first floor of the hospital.
  2. Ask for walking directions to the hospital’s Interfaith Chapel, also located on the first floor. They will advise you to follow the “GREEN” color tags located along the ceiling above you.
  3. The GREEN color tags will lead you down a long corridor that ends at the entrance to the Interfaith Chapel. Directly across from a sign for the chapel is a set of ‘unmarked’ grey elevators that have no additional color painted on them. [These are the suggested elevators to our clinic office.]
  4. Take these elevators to the 3rd Floor.
  5. As the doors open, turn right to exit the elevator, and then make a sharp right into the adjacent corridor.
  6. Room 3-5242 will be the first room on your left. There is a sign on the wall that reads: “Rochester Victory Alliance”.
